YI-SHEN(TAI-SHAN) METAL PRODUCTS CO., LTD is specialized in manufacturing the high-precision stainless steel and carbon steel ball valves, various types of valves, and pipe fittings. At present, the main markets are European and American countries, China’s domestic market, Japan and Taiwan market. Due to the large demand from the market and customers, the company invested US$30 million to build a new precision foundry in China, in order to increase the output of products and meet customer needs. Our foundry, Yi shen (Tai-shan) Metal Products Co., Ltd, is located in Tai-shan City, China. It was officially built and opened in November 2007, with a total area of over 53,000 square meters and about 200 employees.

因廠房面積廣大,廠房興建計劃分為數(shù)階段。首先，億迅(臺山)在第一期期間投入較大的資,約800萬美金在采購全新的機器設(shè)備，以及興蓋三大廠房已達1萬平方公尺、一棟辦公大樓及員工宿舍。在設(shè)備采購方面,購買了22臺CNC車床、4臺中心加工機、16臺射蠟機、管配件和鋼球?qū)Ｓ脵C10余臺, 數(shù)臺水汽壓測試設(shè)備、分光儀器、拉力測試設(shè)備。這些生產(chǎn)設(shè)備在參棟新廠房內(nèi),已經(jīng)完成安裝的動作，并開始啟用運作了,全新的辦公大樓也正式啟用。接著,公司會再次投入約700萬美金，陸續(xù)建設(shè)。
